Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics
I just bought my first Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in Black Metal Dahlia - blackened burgundy with red pearl.
It is amazing. It is opaque and I didn't experience any feathering. It's very very long lasting! I wore for 8hrs!
